Returns:
We offer returns only in the following cases:
1.Damaged product
2.Misprinted or defective item
3.Incorrect product delivered
4.We do not offer Replacement and Exchange.

How to Raise a Return Request
To request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Kindly share the following mandatory details along with your return request:

1.Order number and the reason for the return
2.Clear images of the product
3.An unboxing video
4.Images of the original packaging
5.This helps us review and process your request efficiently.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days

Post receipt of return request on our email ID, we will get back to you within 2 business days on the status of the return approval. Sundays are a holiday for return-related queries.

Refunds:
Once the item and supporting documents have been thoroughly verified by our team, a refund request will be approved within 2 business days from receipt of the return request. Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days from the date of approval to the original payment method.

Timelines to Initiate Request:
1.Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for refund
2.Claims without sufficient proof may not qualify for approval
3.Return requests are subject to verification and quality checks
4.Size & Preference-Based Returns

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer any returns for:
1.Incorrect size selection
2.Change of mind
3.Personal preferences
